DELIVERING safety where you live
- Brisbane Central CitySafe CCTV
$500,000 to support Brisbane City Council to expand the CitySafe CCTV network across the inner-city suburbs, allowing quicker response times from law enforcement and emergency responders, and deterring criminal and antisocial behaviour in identified hotspots. - Early Intervention and Rehabilitation
$560 million for comprehensive early intervention and rehabilitation programs across the state, to reduce youth offending and reduce the number of victims.
DELIVERING health services when you need them
- More health workers
More health workers for Central Brisbane, with additional funding in 2025–26 to grow the workforce to 44,216 (FTE) across the Metro North, Metro South and Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Services. - Princess Alexandra Hospital expansion
$761 million to construct a new acute service building above the existing emergency department with 249 new beds, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.
DELIVERING a better lifestyle through a stronger economy
- More social and community housing
$45.4 million to expand and improve social and community housing in Brisbane Central, with 144 social homes in construction or under contract towards the delivery of 53,500 social and community homes by 2044, including in partnership with the Australian Government. - Gold CityGlider
Partnering with the Brisbane City Council to establish a new Gold CityGlider service that will better connect the inner-city suburbs with the CBD.
DELIVERING a plan for Queensland’s future
- 2032 Delivery Plan – Brisbane Stadium
Major legacy infrastructure to be delivered with the new Brisbane Stadium as part of the 2032 Delivery Plan. - Rosie’s inner Brisbane
$450,000 to Rosie’s to expand its outreach services across inner-city Brisbane.
