Country Roads Connect Program

Delivering funding to local governments to pave unsealed regional roads which would otherwise become impassable during weather events, as part of the Country Roads Connect Program.

Mount Isa Diversionary Centre upgrade

Expanding the Arthur Petersen Diversionary Centre with up to 30 extra beds and delivery of a new specific service for women, to support the delivery of tailored support services and community safety.

Regional Reset

Delivering nine short-stay programs across the state, including one in Mount Isa, for youth demonstrating high-risk behaviours to give them the best chance of success and pathways into education, training and employment.
