Delivering a new CT scanner for Dalby Hospital, providing easier access to vital diagnostic imaging services closer to home.

Building Queensland's Future

New Toowoomba Hospital

Constructing a new hospital at the Baillie Henderson Campus, including 538 overnight beds. Stage 1 to be delivered by 2029, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.

 

Back Creek Bridge

Progressing the upgrade of the Back Creek Bridge at Cooyar in addition to other safety improvements along the New England Highway to strengthen a vital route for locals and freight in the Darling Downs and Toowoomba regions.

Making Queensland Safer

Local rural fire stations

Commencing delivery of new or replacement rural fire brigade stations at Bennett and Mount Binga to support fire and emergency services in the community.

 

Kingaroy fire and rescue station

Commencing delivery of a replacement permanent and auxiliary fire and rescue station at Kingaroy to support fire and emergency services in the community.
