DELIVERING health services when you need them
- More health workers
More health workers for Brisbane North, with additional funding in 2025–26 to grow the workforce to 44,216 (FTE) across the Metro North, Metro South and Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Services. - The Prince Charles Hospital expansion
The Prince Charles Hospital will be expanded with at least 93 new overnight beds as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.
DELIVERING a better lifestyle through a stronger economy
- Gympie Road and Beams Road intersection
Upgrading the intersection of Gympie Arterial Road and Beams Road in Carseldine including additional lanes on the southbound approach, 2 dedicated through lanes and a short left turn. - More social and community housing
$57.8 million to expand and improve social and community housing, with 150 social homes in construction or under contract towards the delivery of 53,500 social and community homes by 2044, including in partnership with the Australian Government.
DELIVERING a plan for Queensland’s future
- Games On! Aspley Hornets
$1.8 million for the Aspley Hornets Football clubhouse, as part of the Games On! Grassroots Infrastructure Program. - Wavell Heights State School
$1.3 million to upgrade fencing and security facilities at Wavell Heights State School.
